Cranbrook Museum, housed in a delightful timber-framed building dating from 1480, contains over 6000 exhibits encapsulating Cranbrook of times past. Explore boot making and broadcloth, rope making, hop picking, rare birds, costumes, coinage and old kitchens with mangles and coppers. And, don't forget the Cranbrook Colony of Artists to see how people lived in the 1800s - all this plus a new exhibition staged every month.
