Finlaystone Estate is 150 acres of mixed woodland and walled and formal gardens. Within the woodlands there is a series of nature trails and a woodland wonderland of childrens play activities such as a pirate ship, a fort, wig-wams and much more. The gardens are more peaceful where tranquility can be found. A visitor centre and gift shop with a dolls museum and a tea-room are also available if the weather is inclement.
